Terms & Conditions

1. References

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, the terms ‘we’, ‘our’, and ‘us’ refer to Este Training Academy Limited. The terms ‘you’ and ‘your’ refer to you, the client.

2. Training Courses Booking Procedure

2.1 Este Training Academy reserves the right to decline or refuse admission to any or all of its training courses, including those related to dates, locations, and course content.

2.2 We reserve the right to cancel or modify planned training courses concerning dates, locations, and course content.

2.3 Any changes under clause 2.2 will be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. In cases of Force Majeure, or COVID-19-related changes due to government guidelines or personal reasons, we will offer an alternative date.

2.4 Este Training Academy accepts no liability for any loss of earnings, expenses, or other costs incurred by you due to course changes or cancellations.

2.5 Training courses can be booked up to 6 months in advance or more if dates and locations are confirmed. To secure a place, a non-refundable deposit* and a completed booking form are required. The booking form will be provided by our training team.

2.7 All pre-study material must be reviewed and completed prior to attending the training course.

2.8 Este Training Academy may collaborate with trainers or education providers who contract directly with us to deliver training services.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment methods include:

• Bank transfer
• Card payment
• Cash (with ID and proof of address)

3.2 A minimum deposit of 50% of the total course value is required to secure your place unless otherwise agreed. Confirmation of your place will be sent via email. Your place is secured upon receipt of this confirmation, subject to clause 3.3.

3.3 Deposit amounts are deducted from the total course price. Outstanding funds must be paid at least 14 days before the course start date. An invoice will be sent as a reminder.

Failure to comply may result in the loss of your deposit and your place being offered to another delegate.

3.4 Full payment must be received 7 days before the course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your course place.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 Rescheduling may incur an administration charge of £50.00 unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are available as follows:

• 50% of the deposit if cancelled with more than 90 days’ notice.
• 25% of the deposit if cancelled with 60-90 days’ notice.
• 15% of the deposit if cancelled with 30-60 days’ notice.
• All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the course date will incur 100% of the course fees.

4.2 Refunds will be processed according to the above terms and conditions.

5. Change of Date and Time

5.1 Requests to amend course bookings must be made in writing to Este Training Academy.

5.2 Amendments to course dates and times may incur an administration fee of £50.00 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Data

6.1 By enrolling in a training course, you consent to Este Training Academy using your personal data to process your order.

6.2 Further use of your data will be governed by a separate agreement between you and Este Training Academy.

7. Conduct Whilst on Este Training Academy Premises

7.1 Delegates should wear appropriate footwear and suitable clothing (e.g., tunics or a white top with black trousers).

7.2 Hair should be tied back, and nails should be trimmed to ensure health and safety.

7.3 Delegates are expected to behave professionally towards both staff and models.

8. Disability and Reasonable Adjustment Policy

8.1 Este Training Academy is committed to making reasonable adjustments to accommodate clients with disabilities. This may include:

• Modifying procedures to address substantial disadvantages.
• Providing specialist equipment or additional support.
• Ensuring accessibility in our buildings.
• Discuss your needs with Este Training Academy before starting the course to ensure appropriate adjustments are made.

9. Food Allergies

9.1 Please notify us of any food intolerances or allergies before attending a course.

10. Consent

10.1 Post-training, delegates are responsible for obtaining relevant insurance coverage to perform the treatments they have been trained in. Este Training Academy is not liable for decisions made by third-party insurance providers.

10.2 Delegates must ensure that the information they provide about their background, experience, and qualifications is accurate.

10.3 Delegates should comply with any relevant restrictions or regulations governing the performance of the treatments learned.

I confirm that I have read, fully understand and in signing this contract agree to adhere to the terms and conditions therein.
