Este Training Academy accepts no responsibility or liability for the use or misuse of training received once the course has concluded.
Disclaimer: Regulations and licensing requirements vary by region and may change over time. It is the responsibility of the student to check with the appropriate local or national regulatory bodies to confirm whether additional certification, licensing, or registration is required to legally practice the skills taught in the course.
7. Cancellation, Refunds & Transfers
7.1 No Refund Policy:
All course bookings are strictly non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed and any course materials, manuals, kits, online learning access, digital content, or training resources have been issued, dispatched, released, or made accessible to the student in either physical or electronic format. Non-receipt of an email does not constitute grounds for a refund where the email was sent correctly, and no delivery failure was identified.
This policy applies regardless of:
- attendance or non-attendance;
- partial attendance;
- withdrawal from the course;
- failure to complete assessments/assignments or pre course work;
- personal circumstances;
- change of mind; or
- inability to attend for any reason.
By enrolling onto a course, the student expressly acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
7.2 Cancellation Prior to Dispatch Of Course Materials
Where no course materials, manuals, online access, digital content, or training resources have yet been issued or made available, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Este Training Academy.
If approved, any refund shall:
- be entirely at the discretion of Este Training Academy;
- be subject to a minimum administration fee of 25% of the total course fee; and
- exclude any non-recoverable registration, accreditation, examination, finance, merchant processing, or third-party costs already incurred.
No booking shall be deemed cancelled unless confirmed in writing by Este Training Academy
7.3 Failure to Attend / Non-Completion
Failure to attend, participate in, or complete the course for any reason shall not entitle the student to:
- any refund;
- transfer to another course date;
- replacement training;
- course credit; or
- waiver of any outstanding fees owed.
- Additional fees may apply where classes are missed, and trainers are required to provide catch-up sessions to ensure the student completes the course.
Students enrolled on instalment plans or financed payment arrangements remain liable for the full course balance irrespective of attendance or completion status.
7.4 Transfers & Exceptional Circumstances
Requests to transfer or reschedule a course due to exceptional circumstances may be considered solely at the absolute discretion of Este Training Academy.
Requests must:
- be submitted in writing no fewer than 7 days prior to the scheduled course date; and
- include appropriate supporting evidence where requested, including but not limited to medical certification or bereavement documentation. Approval is not guaranteed. Where a transfer is exceptionally approved:
- a transfer or administration fee may apply;
- only one transfer request will be permitted per booking;
- the new course date must be completed within 6 months of the original booking date; and
- no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Failure to attend a rescheduled course will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
7.5 Right to Refuse Refunds
Este Training Academy reserves the right to refuse any refund, transfer, or compensation request where it reasonably believes:
- course materials or intellectual property have already been accessed;
- training resources have been used or downloaded;
- a booking was made fraudulently; or
- the student has breached Academy policies, codes of conduct, or payment obligations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this region.
